For Enhancing Body’s Natural Healing Rhythm
CranioSacral Therapy
What is CranioSacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, light-touch manual therapy that focuses on the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. Developed by Dr. John E. Upledger, this manual therapy course in India teaches you to release deep tensions in the central nervous system, allowing the entire body to relax and self-correct.
Course Content: CranioSacral Therapy Certification
CST1: CranioSacral Therapy 1
Learn the “10-Step Protocol” and the anatomy of the craniosacral rhythm.
- What it treats: Migraines, chronic neck and back pain, and stress-related disorders.
- How it helps: By using just 5 grams of pressure, you release restrictions in the dural membranes, allowing the central nervous system to function at its peak.
CST2: CranioSacral Therapy 2
Move beyond the 10-step protocol to master cranial base dysfunctions and the evaluation of the whole body’s fascial system.
- What it treats: Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders, orthodontic issues, and complex orthopedic conditions.
- How it helps: Integrates hard-palate techniques and sphenobasilar lesions to resolve structural imbalances from the head down.
SER1: SomatoEmotional Release 1
Learn how the body “holds” the energy of past injuries or trauma within its tissues.
- What it treats: Post-traumatic stress, psychosomatic pain, and emotional exhaustion.
- How it helps: Combines CST techniques with verbal dialoguing to assist the body in releasing “Energy Cysts” or retained trauma.
SER2: SomatoEmotional Release 2
Deepens your ability to facilitate the release of deep-seated physical and emotional patterns.
- What it treats: Patients who have reached a “plateau” in their physical recovery.
- How it helps: Focuses on the “Sign Vector” and “Position of Release,” enabling a deeper resolution of chronic dysfunctions.
Why Add CranioSacral Therapy to Your Practice?
In today’s high-stress environment, patients are often in a state of chronic sensory overload. CST provides a unique “reboot” for the brain and spinal cord, making it a complementary approach to VM and NM techniques.
Non-Invasive Mastery
Uses just 5 grams of pressure—the weight of a nickel.
Global Application
Effective for newborns, athletes, and the elderly.
Holistic Results
Addresses the "whole person" by integrating physical and emotional health.
